4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup Dutch cocoa
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, use a wire whisk to blend everything together well. Store in a large airtight container.
To serve – add 1/4 cup of mix to a mug of hot water. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips!
